CHIPPEWA FALLS (WQOW) – Men and women celebrated the grand opening of the health and fitness middle in the Chippewa Falls Senior Middle on Monday.
As section of the celebration, seniors received a tutorial on how to use the devices from Summit Commercial Exercise.
Director Angie Walker explained a large amount of the gear was received with all those ages 50 and up in mind, focusing on upper overall body energy, stability, and going for walks.
The $50,000 venture has been in the operates since 2017, and now that it is last but not least comprehensive, Walker explained it can be a dream come true.
“It was the most phenomenal sensation at any time. That space is so great,” Walker said. “I could listen to all of them conversing and chatting, ‘I like this’ or ‘I like this machine’ and ‘Wow, they’re all new devices.’ That is a thing that I haven’t heard from people today in a lengthy prolonged time.”
The conditioning center is found on the next floor of the building and is the first 1 they’ve ever had.
