CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – You just just cannot make this stuff up.
A Clay County property owner mentioned a porch pirate stole merchandise from her front porch early Saturday early morning — then arrived back later that day to inquire the couple if they experienced noticed his cellular phone. (Observe movie higher than)
Kymberli informed News4JAX that her family’s property safety digital camera captured footage of the person walking up to the residence, situated in the Bellaire-Meadowbrook Terrace area of Orange Park, all around 4:50 a.m. where he was caught rummaging through their things. He can be viewed grabbing numerous items and even applying trash cans to gather merchandise.
“He took a pair of Adidas flip flops, a skateboard, and a device,” Kymberli reported.
But making off like a thief in the night did not materialize due to the fact he returned in wide daylight all over 9 a.m. Movie demonstrates the gentleman returning to the scene of his theft — inquiring the property owners if they experienced seen his cellphone.
“‘I misplaced my cell phone previous evening,” the gentleman could be listened to expressing on digital camera.

Kymberli’s husband explained to the man they had not viewed the cell phone and then he walked away.
“We wouldn’t grab it I promise you,” Kymberli’s spouse kindly explained to the male.
Kymberli mentioned the porch pirate took numerous objects, but that when she saw him on the doorbell digital camera she advised him to carry her things back or the police officers would be identified as. Kymberli reported her partner was able to get back again a pumpkin decoration — but everything else is still missing.
She posted the online video to Nextdoor and folks couldn’t imagine what they ended up viewing. Various even commented on the ridiculous situation.
“I would have questioned for his identify and yet another number in scenario it confirmed up and gave that to the police,” a single individual wrote.
“Your cellphone for my things you stole,” an additional man or woman wrote.
The property owners did not uncover a cellular phone — but Kymberli did say the couple moved the remaining things from their front porch so some thing like this does not happen once again.
Kymberli mentioned the law enforcement are informed of this incident but she explained not a lot can be accomplished without the gentleman remaining identified.
