Vermont State troopers previous week ran into an unconventional predicament when they went to arrest a suspect for an assault and theft: The suspect’s father came at them with a development excavator.
Condition police explained that both moms and dads intervened in an try to protect against the arrest of their son. Dash cam online video from one of the two troopers reveals them taking down the mom and the suspect although the father swings the excavator bucket at them menacingly.
The troopers ended up unharmed, condition law enforcement said, and were in the end capable to arrest anyone with no accidents.
“They don’t have a situation at the academy where by we apply this one particular,” a commander said later.
